Family and couples counseling provides a supportive space to strengthen connection, improve communication, and navigate challenges together. I work collaboratively with families and partners to build understanding, develop healthy coping strategies, and foster a safe, nurturing environment. Sessions focus on promoting growth, emotional insight, and stronger relationships.
EMDR is a structured, evidence-based approach that helps the brain process and integrate distressing experiences. Using bilateral stimulation, such as tactile tappers, EMDR can reduce emotional intensity and allow memories to be stored in a more adaptive way. This approach supports healing, insight, and lasting change.
